Tailem Bend Community Centre Inc. (TBCC) is a vibrant, independent organisation dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of Tailem Bend and its surrounding communities. With a deep respect for the traditional Ruwi (land) of the Ngarrindjeri people, TBCC fosters an inclusive environment that recognises every individual's cultural beliefs and values. The community centre, open from 9 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays, offers affordable and easily accessible services that promote social interaction, lifelong learning, and support for the aged, disabled, and disadvantaged. TBCC's dedicated team of volunteers warmly welcomes everyone, providing assistance and building meaningful connections between community members. Furthermore, TBCC manages the Murray Mallee Community Passenger Network (MMCPN), which supports people living in regional communities facing transport disadvantages. They assess eligibility, provide transport options, and advise passengers on their rights and responsibilities.
